Julie’s illustrious career in the dental field spans over 35 years so far, and she first joined the Long Family Dental team in 2012. Her “do-it-yourself” attitude has been a perfect fit for our dental office atmosphere! She attended college at Baylor College and has learned everything she knows about oral healthcare through on-the-job training and practice management courses. Before her current position, she actually worked as both an assistant and a dental consultant. Today, what she enjoys most about her work is being able to interact so closely with patients, as well as seeing their wonderful pleasure at the smile improvements they achieve!
Originally from Boerne, Julie is married with four children and two grandchildren. When she isn’t busy at our dental office, her favorite hobbies include singing, traveling, reading, and doing mission work with her church. Here’s an interesting fact about her: she used to travel extensively as part of her old job and has been to 48 of the 50 states so far.
